The preparation of rubber raw materials can be divided into three basic processes.
1. plastic refining: Plastic training is to cut raw rubber and make raw rubber plasticized and even, and help mix mixing of mixture. The effect is to improve the dispersion of drugs, prevent friction heat in operation, and cause the burning of rubber, and then change the processability of rubber.
2. mixing: mixing is to mix the combined drugs into the raw rubber which is finished by plastic refining, and the advantages and disadvantages of the mixing directly affect the product quality or not. The drug is not evenly dispersed, the molecular structure cannot be completely cross-linked, and the rubber can not achieve the ideal physical properties.
3. press out: after the press out operation, the excess air contained in the rubber material is pressed out and the required thickness is completed to facilitate the forming work in the mold.
